Dr. Connor Crowley

Connor Crowley, MD is a fellowship trained, board eligible plastic surgeon specializing in microsurgical breast reconstruction, lymphatic surgery, and aesthetic procedures of the breast and body. His practice is centered on restoring form, function, and confidence through advanced reconstructive techniques and highly individualized care.

Dr. Crowley received his medical degree from Emory University and completed his plastic surgery residency at Northwell Health, gaining extensive experience in both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. He further refined his expertise through a microsurgery fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania and the Fox Chase Cancer Center, one of the nation’s leading centers for microsurgical breast reconstruction.

Dr. Crowley has a particular interest caring for breast cancer patients and offers the full spectrum of reconstructive options including implant and autologous reconstruction. In addition to offering DIEP flaps Dr Crowley offers advanced techniques such as lumbar artery perforator flaps (LAP), thigh-based reconstruction (PAP and TUG), as well as “stacked” flaps combining free flaps from multiple sites to meet a patient’s reconstructive needs.

Dr Crowley is proud to offer to surgical treatment for lymphedema including lymphovenous bypass, vascularized lymph node transfer, and immediate lymphatic reconstruction after axillary node dissection.

Dr Crowley views the role of the plastic surgeon first and foremost as a patient advocate and is committed to guiding and empowering each patient through a highly personal and often complex process.
