ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Debra Hughes, co-founder of Strength For Life, is a certified Cancer Exercise Specialist with 19 years of experience supporting individuals impacted by cancer. Strength For Life is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for cancer patients and survivors by providing free, evidence-based exercise classes throughout Long Island. Through this mission, Debra helps participants safely rebuild strength, manage side effects, and confidently incorporate movement into their daily lives.
