The NYBRA Patient Empowerment Program will welcome Certified Functional Health Coach MaryAnn Jones on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 9:30 am via Zoom for the next installment of the Be Informed Lecture Series. Jones is a motivational speaker, on-site Workplace Wellness Coach, and the Founder/Director of Thrive Naturally.

Jones will share ways to take control of your health and wellbeing amid uncertainty by creating habits and a mindset that builds resilience. Attendees will be inspired to fuel their bodies with immune-boosting foods and learn the Name, Tame, Reframe technique to help get them through situations. Registrants will also have the opportunity to submit questions ahead of the lecture, which will include ample time for Q&A.
