Fifty-nine-year-old woman with left breast cancer had bilateral skin sparing mastectomies and immediate subpectoral tissue expander reconstruction. She then underwent placement of high profile 500cc gel implants, followed by nipple areola reconstruction and tattoo at a later date.

Sixty-year-old woman diagnosed with right breast cancer had bilateral skin sparing mastectomies and immediate subpectoral tissue expander reconstruction. She then underwent placement of moderate plus profile 300cc gel implants, followed by nipple areola reconstruction and tattoo at a later date.

Fifty-nine-year-old woman diagnosed with right breast cancer had a right skin sparing mastectomy and immediate right subpectoral tissue expander reconstruction. She later underwent right breast expander implant exchange with simultaneous left breast augmentation to improve symmetry. She has a full profile 345cc gel implant on her right side and a moderate plus profile 275cc gel on her left side. Right nipple areola reconstruction and tattoo were completed at a later date.
