Morgan McCartan

Morgan McCartan, PA-C, is a New York State licensed and NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant who joined NYBRA Plastic Surgery in 2026. She works closely with Dr. Jonathan Bank, providing care in both the operating room and clinical setting.

Morgan earned her Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, completing her clinical and surgical training at multiple hospitals throughout New York City.

She is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and guiding patients through both reconstructive and aesthetic journeys. Morgan has a special interest in aesthetic medicine, including injectables and skin care treatments, inspired by her early research on sunscreen ingredients and UV exposure.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys staying active, exploring wellness and nutrition, and spending time with family and friends.
