Release Ceremony: Sept. 16, 2026

Release Ceremony: An Afternoon of Letting Go & Renewal

Sometimes healing means making space—letting go of what no longer serves us and opening ourselves to what comes next.

Join NYBRA’s Patient Empowerment Program for a meaningful afternoon at the beach as we gather together to release emotional burdens, limiting beliefs, and unhealthy patterns—and make room for hope, peace, well-being, and new beginnings.

Wednesday, September 16 | 1:00–3:00 PM
Robert Moses Beach, Field 2

REGISTER NOW!

Please bring:
• A beach chair
• A small snack to share (no alcohol, please)
• A written statement of what you’re ready to release
• White clothing, if possible, to symbolize peace and new beginnings

This special gathering is for NYBRA patients only. Parts of the ceremony will be filmed to capture this meaningful moment of our community coming together.

Registration is required. Please RSVP to reserve your spot.
